Scott Hirsch is a songwriter, producer, recording engineer, and founding member of Hiss Golden Messenger. As a producer and mixer, he has worked with artists Hayden Pedigo, William Tyler, Alice Gerrard, Mia Dyson, while maintaining a parallel career composing and mixing sound for film and television. His music lives comfortably btw Americana, soul, country, folk, and cinematic soundscapes.

Matt Kivel’s eighth solo album, ‘Escape from L.A.,’ (Scissor Tail Records) is an ambitious autobiographical song cycle meticulously chronicling the first 33 years of his life within the City of Angels. Kivel began his career as a founding member of the indie rock band, Princeton. His solo albums are marked by a sustained, global collaborative approach, engaging with a diverse cohort of distinguished musicians including Bonnie “Prince” Billy, Alasdair Roberts, Robin Pecknold (Fleet Foxes), Jana Horn, and Satomimagae. 

Alex Dupree is a musician based in Austin, Texas. He has released seven albums of folk and country inflected songwriting that have rooted him firmly but idiosyncratically in the traditions of American music. His latest album is “Talking to the Dog”, which features, alongside his own writing, a duet with Jolie Holland and new interpretations of classics from Scott Walker and Michael Hurley.
